14: Gilmore Girls- S2: E7-8

This week I'm covering Gilmore Girls season two, episodes seven and eight! Rory gets pulled into Chilton’s social politics when she unintentionally impresses the secret sorority, the Puffs, and helps Paris finally get accepted—only for it to blow up in their faces during a wild middle-of-the-night initiation gone wrong. Lorelai tries to play the Chilton mom game and ropes Emily into a fashion show that surprisingly brings them a rare moment of bonding. Meanwhile, Lorelai and Sookie's dream of opening their own inn hits a snag when the property they want is off-limits. Jess continues to stir things up in Stars Hollow with a prank that causes town-wide frenzy and makes Luke the target of a heated town meeting. Plus, there's a sweet and emotional visit from Mia, the woman who helped raise Lorelai and Rory.

13: Gilmore Girls- S2: E5-6

This week, I’m covering two episodes of Gilmore Girls—season two, episodes five and six! Episode five marks the arrival of Jess (aka Dale in my head), Luke’s rebellious nephew, and he’s all bad boy vibes—cigarettes, stolen books, and moody stares—and Lorelai’s dinner invite doesn’t quite smooth things over. Meanwhile, Rory is navigating awkward tension with Mr. Medina at school and accidentally ends up assigned to interview him for the school paper (thanks, Paris). Then in episode six, Rory is coming out... to high society and is presented at the Daughters of the American Revolution debutante ball. Christopher shows up for a change for his fatherly duties —only to leave Lorelai hanging with the bombshell that he has a girlfriend. Oof.

12: Gilmore Girls- S2: E3-4

This week I’m covering Gilmore Girls season two, episodes three and four! Wedding bells? Not quite. Lorelai's big day is two weeks away and nothing seems to be planned—because deep down, she knows something’s off. Max moves in for a trial run, but instead of playing house, Lorelai starts unraveling. A chaotic bachelorette party leads to a very questionable call to Christopher(!!), and before we know it, she’s skipping town with Rory on a road trip to Harvard.
By the end, Lorelai ditches the wedding and sets her sights on a new dream: opening an inn with Sookie. Max? Who knows. Closure? Nowhere in sight.

11: Gilmore Girls- S2: E1-2

I’m covering the first two episodes of Gilmore Girls season two—and we’re kicking things off right after the thousand daisies proposal, and a whirlwind of gossip, secrets, and surprise parties. Lorelai is engaged to Max, but somehow the entire town finds out before her Luke, Sookie and her parents. 
Meanwhile, Rory is discovering she might be way behind on those Harvard-boosting extracurriculars. Dean’s back in the picture, but things get rocky fast when he doesn’t love playing second fiddle to Ivy League ambitions. And speaking of tension, Richard's dinner table interrogation of Dean reaches full meltdown mode, leaving everyone reeling—especially Rory.

10: Gilmore Girls- S1: E20-21

It's season finale! I’m covering Gilmore Girls season 1 episodes 20 and 21! While still wallowing over Dean, Rory decided she had enough of everyone's protection and runs away, to her grandparents house. Rachel says her (final?) goodbye to Luke after telling him he loves Lorelai. 
As the season wraps, romantic gestures go grand, with a thousand yellow daisies and dramatic schoolyard reconciliation. Plus the season’s coffee count!

9: Gilmore Girls- S1: E18-19

This week, I’m covering Gilmore Girls episodes 18 and 19! Richard’s mother, a.k.a. Lorelai the first, a.k.a. Trix, drops in, shaking up the weekend and forcing Emily to fake-smile through her worst nightmare. Meanwhile, Rory’s matchmaking attempt for Paris is a total dumpster fire, and a surprise trust fund almost make Rory a quarter-millionaire. 
Then, Emily steps into Stars Hollow and for a moment—just a moment—it seems like she actually likes it. until she sees where Lorelai and Rory used to live. Plus, Luke and Rachel get serious, and Lorelai gives Luke relationship advice while ignoring that tension between them.

8: Gilmore Girls- S1: E16-17

This week on Millennial Rewind, I’m covering two episodes of Gilmore Girls—Season 1, Episodes 16 and 17! Love (and heartbreak) are in the air as Stars Hollow goes all out for the Founders Firelight Festival. Rory and Dean celebrate their three-month anniversary, but their picture-perfect night takes a turn when Dean drops the L-word…and Rory freezes. Meanwhile, Lorelai’s love life is just as messy—Rachel, Luke’s ex, makes a surprise return, and Lorelai reconnects with another past flame (hello again, Max Medina!). Plus, Luke gets way too invested in Rory’s breakup, and things get very dramatic at a Chilton party. Let’s just say, Tristan is back in the picture in a way I did not expect.

This week, I’m covering Gilmore Girls season one, episodes 13, 14, and 15! Lorelai sacrifices her own concert experience so Rory can bond with Paris (because that’s definitely going to work out well). Dean and Rory get into a full-on feminist debate over The Donna Reed Show. But the real chaos begins when Christopher rolls into Stars Hollow on his motorcycle, charming Rory, rattling Lorelai, and triggering a family dinner showdown that leaves everyone breathing fire.

6: Gilmore Girls- S1: E10-12

I’m covering three more episodes of Gilmore Girls—season one, episodes 10, 11, and 12! Lorelai and Rory are still dealing with the fallout from their big fight, just in time for a not-so-merry Gilmore Christmas- complete with hospital drama, and a lot of unsaid emotions. Lorelai’s love life takes center stage as her relationship with Max Medina hits a major roadblock, Sookie and Jackson get their romance started, and Lane’s crush on Todd crashes and burns in record time. Oh, and Luke is still keeping Lorelai in coffee—AND getting closer to making his move.

5: Gilmore Girls - S1: E7-9

I’m covering three episodes of Gilmore Girls this time—season one, episodes seven, eight and nine! Rory and Dean’s romance heats up with a grocery store kiss (which I did NOT see coming), Lorelai takes cool mom to a whole new level by inviting Dean over for movie night. Meanwhile, winter arrives in Stars Hollow, bringing SNOW and romance. Plus Rory’s first school dance ends in disaster when Emily and Lorelai go from a rare wholesome moment to their most explosive fight yet.
 
P.S- My fast talking was put to the test, trying to fit 3 episodes into under an hour, but I got it done!
